  2. Offer available on following merchant outlets - Restaurants, Apparels, Hotel Stay & Electronics
  3. Offer Period – 6th Feb 2021 to 21st Feb 2021

Steps to Avail The Offer

  1. Incase the card is New / Inactive, kindly activate the card first and generate PIN.
  2. Ensure POS/E-com Transaction is enable through Web Portal or Mobile App.
  3. Make payment using Saraswat Bank Credit Card.



  1. “Saraswat Bank Credit user” means any person or individual who has a valid Saraswat Bank Credit Card.
  2. "Offer" shall mean benefit provided by the merchant/partner or Bank on purchase of Products/Services using Saraswat Bank Credit Card.
  3. Offer Period shall mean the period commencing from 00:01 hours of 6th February 2021 to 23:59 hours of 21st February 2021, both days inclusive.
  4. All primary terms and conditions applicable to Saraswat Bank Credit Card shall be applicable.
  5. "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Bank.

  1. Offer is available on successful transaction done by primary cardholder at merchant outlets offering Restaurant / Apparels / Hotel Stay / Electronics by using Saraswat Bank Credit Card during the Offer Period from 6th February 2021 to 21st February 2021, both days inclusive.
  2. Offer is valid to all Saraswat Bank Credit Card holders.
  3. Transactions through wallets using credit card are not eligible for the offer. Eg. PAYTM.
  4. Saraswat Bank Credit card Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
  5. The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.
  6. The offer will be valid for POS transaction made at merchant outlet.
  7. The offer will be valid for E-com transaction made from mobile app and web portal of the respective merchant outlet.
  8. All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart of this exclusive offer as mentioned in the communication.
  9. Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by Saraswat Bank or by Merchant.
  10. This Program is for the consumption of individual retail consumers only, Saraswat Bank reserve right to modify or end the offer during the campaign period.
  11. Cashback will not be applicable on advance booking, it is valid only for invoices prepared within offer period.
  12. In case of sales return, cash back offer would be cancelled.
  13. The transaction may be feasible on the app or portal as per the payment gateways.
  14. The cash back will be credited to card statement in the subsequent billing cycle.
  15. Offer is not valid on successful transaction which is later refunded.

  1. This offer is brought to you solely by Saraswat Bank and Saraswat Bank Website is only communicating the offer.
  2. The offer is valid on successful transactions done on merchant outlets covered under Restaurant, Apparels, Hotel stay and Electronics.
  3. Customer cannot club two offers. The cash back cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered by merchant outlets.
  4. The offer is valid from 00:01 hours of 6th February 2021 to 23:59 hours of 21st February 2021, both days inclusive.
  5. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Saraswat Bank Card user due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Saraswat Bank Card user. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Saraswat Bank Card user.
  6. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and conditions.
  7. Saraswat Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it.
  8. In the event of circumstances arising outside of Bank purview, which in Bank’s opinion makes it necessary to suspend, substitute, change or cancel the Offer, Bank reserves the right to suspend, change, substitute or cancel the Offer at any time without any prior notice.
  9. Bank shall not be liable for issues related to technical, human error whatsoever, like wrong pin number being entered by card holder.
  10. Bank does not accept, and is not responsible for, any lost or delayed data. Bank reminds you of the nature and limitations of Card transactions and is not responsible for any problems, technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system, computer hardware/ software failure, human error, things outside the control of Bank that may affect entry/participation to the Saraswat Bank Credit Card offer.
  11. Saraswat Bank Credit Card user understands and agrees that participation in the offer is good and sufficient consideration for you to agree and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  12. The benefits under the Offer CANNOT be clubbed with other offers running currently by merchant outlets, including vouchers or any other offer available
  13. All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the product/services, if any, shall be addressed to merchant outlet directly without any reference to Saraswat Bank.
  14. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against Saraswat Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Bank.
  15. The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason.
  16. Saraswat Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation. Saraswat Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever
